At The Travel Shop, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Delivery Timeframes

• Nairobi: 1 – 2 business days
• Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2 – 3 business days
• Rest of Kenya: 3 – 5 business days

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time.
